(4) Testers Wanted: Wilson Staff Junior Golf Sets

Children are the future of golf, but fitting them into the right equipment, whatever their age, can be a challenge. Wilson Golf – fresh of Major victory #62 – is trying to make it as easy as possible for parents to help their kids get started and have fun while doing it. It’s why it Profile JGI Junior golf line exists.

TESTERS WANTED

We at MyGolfSpy has never offered this kind of review opportunity before. We’re looking for four kids to test and keep an age-appropriate set of Wilson Profile JGI clubs, but we certainly don’t expect the younguns to write the reviews.  For that, we need four golfing grownups to serve of sponsors.

We’re looking for four testers total, one from each age group covered by Wilson’s Profile clubs:

  • Ages 5-8: Profile JGI Junior Small
  • Ages 7-11: Profile JGI Junior Medium
  • Ages 10-14: Profile JGI Junior Large
  • Ages 12+: Profile SGI Teen

As we said, we don’t expect these juniors to write the reviews (it’s hard enough to get them to do their homework!), but we do expect you, the adult sponsor, to do that work. So we need four willing sponsors (parent, neighbor, teacher, a family friend…you all count) to work through the review process with the kids. We’ll provide a simple template to make the review process easy, but as a sponsor, you will be responsible for making sure the work gets done.

How To Apply:

This review opportunity is open to both boys and girls – left- or right-handed – living in the U.S. As always, we ask that you apply in the MyGolfSpy Forum, where the reviews will be posted. As the sponsor, you’ll need to have an active MyGolfSpy Forum account with a profile picture. Here are the specifics:

First: If you haven’t already, join the MyGolfSpy Community Forum (click here to sign up).

Second: Apply to be a tester ONLY in the Official Wilson Profile JGI Junior Golf Set Tester application thread (click here to apply).

Please make sure to apply ONLY in the Official application thread in the MyGolfSpy Forum.

We’ll announce our four testers next week, so make sure to check back there to see if your junior golfer has been chosen.

To learn more about these sets, head over the Wilson Golf website to check out the Junior sets and the Teen sets.

Why is this only USA my 6 year old granddaughter has started to ask about playing golf as her dad & myself play . She would have been a great candidate for trial clubs . She has said she wants to go to golf club not the range ?️‍♀️⛳?️‍♀️

Will chat with the wife about how much i could take the girls out to the range and play if they were to be selected. I have 7 year old twins, and the set i just got might be better for my 5 year old. In any case, this is a cool opportunity!!

I think my 10 year old and 9 year old would be great testers. This is a new sport for us. So far we love it . We are a Mexican family if four. In Riverside,CA we are a baseball family but slowly it looks like we are turning into a golf family.

What an awesome testing opportunity! My little guy is still too young for this, but this should be a lot of fun to follow.
