(7) TESTERS WANTED: Precision Pro NX9 HD Range Finder

(7) TESTERS WANTED: Precision Pro NX9 HD Range Finder

How do you improve a MyGolfSpy Most Wanted Value winner?

And if you can, you do you maintain the bargain pricing?

The folks at Precision Pro believe they’ve done both. The NX7 and NX7 Pro were steals at $200 and $249 respectively, and stood toe-to-toe and feature-to-feature against higher priced, bigger name models in every way except one: the optics didn’t pack the same WOW punch.

Testers Wanted

With its new NX 9 HD, Precision Pro has upped its optics game with a stunning HD display, and at $349 it’s still a relative bargain compared to the bigger names.

But does it do the job? That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for SEVEN avid, motivated and detail-oriented golfers to test, review and keep the NX9 HD rangefinder, and tell us how it stacks up against other high-quality rangefinders out there.

Note: this review opportunity is open to left- and right-handed golfers and is strictly limited to only golfers residing on the planet Earth.

How to Apply

As you know, MyGolfSpy takes its product testing very seriously. Our reader reviews are published in MyGolfSpy’s Community Forum (click here to read some). We expect a lot from our reviewers – writing a thorough, detailed and honest review is a full two-month commitment, requiring extensive on-course work as well as participation in the Forum itself to answer questions and discuss product performance with other golfers.

Please note this is not a giveaway or a contest. We’re looking for SEVEN golfers committed to making a full evaluation and writing a detailed review for our Community Forum. Testers will be selected based on how well they demonstrate that commitment in the official Forum Application Thread.

That means to be a potential reviewer; you must be a registered member of the MyGolfSpy Community Forum, where you’ll find thousands of like-minded golfers from all over the world anxious to talk about golf equipment.

To apply to test, review and keep your Precision Pro NX9, here’s what you have to do:

– First, if you haven’t already, please sign up for the MyGolfSpy Community Forum (click here to
register).

– Second, apply ONLY in the official Precision Pro NX9 Testers Wanted thread in the Community Forum (click here)

Good luck, we’ll be announcing the test participants next week, so check back in the forum community
to see if you are chosen.

Have used Garmin for years, but would appreciate the opportunity to test this new rangefinder. I am definitely going to purchase one, perhaps this one.

      Thanks,

      Hi John

I’ve been a long time user of GPS wrist devices – currently one of the fabulous ShotScope V2s – backed up by a Bushnell v2 – basic but functional.

I’d be happy to help with testing and writing a review. I am based in the UK so would be interested to see how it would perform in the gloomy rain that seems to be.plaguing our early summer and the sunshine that we occasionally get a glimpse of.

      Many thanks
      Stephen

Mid handicap golfer who never used a rangefinder before, I would definitely be willing to test it. It would be interesting to see how easy it is to use considering I don’t have any experience using one.

Live on a Municipal course and play 3-4 times a week. Am retired and play to a single digit handicap with the help of a Bushnell Tour v3. I help lead a group of retired guys (Sandbaggers) as we play through the week. Am playing in a Pro-Am at the end of July in Springfield,MO.

I am currently using a Bushnell range finder with many years of success. I have also used the Sky Caddie wrist watch and the clip on golf buddy . I would be glad to try and test the NX9. I am on the course about 20 days a month .

I currently use a 9 year old Sonocaddie. I would like to do some mapping of my home course but my yardage guide is not the tool to use. This opportunity would give me the chance to do my mapping and evaluate the equipment for all. I would love the opportunity to give it a try.

I have a Wosports range finder that worked great for about 6 months and then had battery cap issue and the failed. I am back to using my Nikon Cool Shot which is 5 years old. I would love to test the new rangefinder and I have two other references to compare and could write an unbiased review.
