      I would like to have a driver that I could hit200 plus yards to piss off my fellow golfers since I’m now 76 with a 23 handicap it would be a great moral booster for me

      I would like to win the Callaway driver to impress my son-in-law. He owns a set of Callaway clubs–wouldn’t own anything else. As a golf “newbie,” I bought the cheapest set of clubs I could find ($139) two years ago. Now, I want to upgrade to a quality set of clubs before I get too old to play golf!

      Well my reason why i should get this clubs was the experience i had with my old driver. it was a spalding “wooden driver” It was my first time ever on a driving range and hitting golf balls. on the second bucket of 20 balls. the head flew off. it was a pretty clean hit but i was laughing at myself too much. well i hope you guys consider me as a entry.^^

      I believe that I should win the new Callaway driver because I am 51 yrs. old and want to try to play on the Champions Tour. With a driver that I can count on to be in the fairway more often, I can almost see my scores go down! By the way, GREAT website! ( I hope that helps)

      the driver head is just like the current 3wood head. i hope i can use a proper driver which does not look like a 3 wood to tee off.

      if i win this new driver, i can pass my old driver to my son for him to start his golfing journey…..ooh yeah~~~

However, with sewage problems, roof problems, and hurricane damages, not able to fork out a lot of money on golf equipment. Right now I have a cheap set I got from Sam’s Club several years ago. But, just the fact that we have guys like yourself that give us all a chance to actually win something we would really like to own, makes life enjoyable and easier to cope with. I’ve devoted 20+ years of my life to helping groom 3 of Cincinnati’s private club courses and have never gotten anything except a paycheck in return. I’ve always been just 1 of the guys on the crew and surely don’t do it for the money. I do it because I love the GAME of golf and enjoy being on the course. No course has ever showed loyalty to me or any of the others and I’ve never really gotten anything in return for my dedication and efforts. I still do it because I love it. The game has basically priced me out of playing alot of courses and trying OEM equipment. I think it’s time for the little guys involved in the upkeep of couses to get some long over-due credit and perks from the high priced industry that it’s become. The Club pros and assistants get to play free equipment and golf, but guys like myself can’t afford to. It’s a shame that it has come to this.

      I’ll no longer be “under 55” next month. I took up golf ten years ago, and this year broke 90 (twice!!) for the first time. My 1998 Orlimar driver is getting a little long in the tooth but still hits ’em straight. If anyone wants it, I’d gladly trade for the Calloway . . .

      I’m a 60 y/o male golfer. Only been playing 10 yrs or so, but, totally addicted to the game. I’m also on a fixed income which means any purchase I make a very informed on. I go to as many demo days as possible in order to try clubs that I know I could never afford.

      The first time I hit the FT-i last year, it was love at first swing. This is odd, because being a mid-capper I shouldn’t have been able to hit the ball so well with this club.

      I knew I could not afford this wonderful piece of golf gear, but, every demo day where Callaway had a station, I was there hitting balls like never before.

      Maybe I don’t deserve such a sweet piece of golf gear, all I know is I sure want one in the worst kind of way.

      Thanks for giving me an opportunity to have my name in the hat!! :)

      My first comment I don’t think got posted. So let me re-try this.

      I think my husband should when the “Top Secret” driver from Callaway because he loves the game of golf, he puts up with me (his pregnant wife), and he is a strong guy. My husband has ALL (Acute Lymphomic Leukemia), three years ago this month he received a bone marrow transplant. After beening diagnosed, his golf game suffered a bit, but he still goes out there and gives it his all!

      He is still on a handful of medications and goes and sees the doctor once a month, but is finally getting healthy enough to go do the trip of his dreams. In December he is going to golf Pebble Beach, Spy Glass Hill and one other one in a fundraising tournament.

      In closing, this club would give him some hope to the game he loves so much. And to everyone ‘live life to it’s fullest, everyday is a special one – here is to halth and happiness’.

      Thank you,
      Stacy

      Well i could tell you about approximately 4 billion and 24 reasons why i should be putting the big FT-IQ monster in the bag. But hey, let’s just get sharply to the point. The club was designed for one purpose to get smoked down the middle of the fairway. Who better to do that than the big dog himself? Get it in my hand and i shall smoke that down hogan’s alley all day long.

      Reason number 2, I haven’t won any competitions like this in my young life of 27 years (get the violins out) so it’s about time i picked up a tasty prize.

      Reason number 3, your club would be in good hands as I would treat it like a new born puppy by giving it treats and walking and feeding it daily on the golf course.

      Reason number 4, the FT-IQ will always be top dog in my bag. I promise to not behind it’s back and trade it in for a newer and prettier younger model in years to come. It will always take pride of place in the big cheese’s bag.

      Peace and onel love to Callaway

      I hope to win this club to save me a little embarrassment. Last year I was eyeballing something particularly nice for Christmas. I wrote a lot of letters to Santa which were not answered. The disappointment just kept building. Seems my parents forgot to clue me in on this one earlier in life. So I’m out shopping for gifts and there he is surrounded by a wall of small children. Something sort of snapped inside me and before I knew it I had Santa in a headlock and all the children were screaming. Needless to say the mall police frown on this sort of behavior. A scuffle ensues and I yelled some things that probably deeply disturbed those poor children. I’m hoping that with your help this holiday season will be little better.

      PS: I hope someone is keeping on eye on email addresses because there is more than one Rob entered here. He’s a new father and I’m vampire bats and leprechauns.

I’m not familiar with this website but I will be very soon. This is a great opportunity for any of the contest participants and wish all good luck! Just when you think you have all the answers the questions change.
      I need this club so I can determine if it is an improvement upon the previous design or if it is actually a Callaway marketing ploy to pay for the R&D of the FT-i…

      Gillette implemented much the same tactic when they introduced the Mach 3 followed by hundreds of variations and extremely expensive blade refills in an attempt to cover their R&D overruns.

      Winning a driver from mygolfspy.com is a great responsibility. One not to be taken lightly. Like most of these people who have posted, i honestly believe the driver will end up on ebay to the highest bidder. Which as of right now since no one has been able to get there hands on this club, it might bring close to 1000.00 dollars. But not me i plan on winning and honoring mygolfspy.com for giving me the chance to win such a great driver. I am a scratch golfer and hit the golf ball very hard, i currently play an FT3 and carry the ball close to 310, so you can guess how excited i am about a new hotter face for the FT series.

      This is B.S… I just spent $399.00 on the 9.5 degree FT-i driver about a month ago because it took me a year to convince my wife to let me spend the money on it. Do you know how hard it will be for me to convince my wife now to let me spend $499.00 on a new Callaway driver. I love golf, and especially love golfing with Callaway products, but I really think I deserve the new driver because I just spent money on tha last version and my wife will probably divorce me If I ask to buy a new driver. i know that i’m going win the new Callaway driver because i believe in Carma. and 2 months ago my wife’s best friend had to go to a custody hearing to keep her kids ( bad step dad ) and she did not have anymore money to pay her lawyer. like a week later i see him again at are local golf range and we start talking he ask me about my callaway fusion i-brid irons. i told him it was the 2nd time i was hitting them and i asked if he wanted to try them out. he was hitting a old set of callaway Big B’s. we hit 3 buckets of ball’s. he tells me he liked them and was going to see about getting a set. so with out thinking i blurt out if you can help out sheryl (our friend ) there yours. i think i embarrassed him he starts no no i can’t. but after a few minutes of this we made a gentlemen’s agreement and he go’s home with my set of irons. 3 weeks later i’m out of town i get a call from sheryl screaming happily asking me what was going on. she tells me that the lawyer walked in to the Herring talked to the case worker and the judge and everything was OK file closed. then he tells here tell Chris I’m hitting them grate. so now im hitting a old set of blades but my wife’s best friend and her kid’s are happy. so i think im do for some good Carma.

      I am all for technology. The one thing that is needed when a new club comes out and the claim that it is the longest or is longer is test results. Most of the time it is not there. I don’t see it with this club either. Unless I win one I will wait until I do see test results. Then I will get fitted or try them out for free at a golf shop with my current weapon of choice for a comparison. I think Callaway is a great company and their customer service is the best and often times replacing a headcover or having a repair problem or not the right shaft or other issues is provided free of charge-how do they do it?

It would undoubtedly assist in beating down some of these young wippersnappers that I play with. Especially with recent back surgery I need all the help I can get. I just “gotta, wanna,needa new Callaway FT-iQ driver. I’ll still like your web site no matter what the results are.

      Please let me win this driver. In the last year I’ve become a serious golf addict and I’ve got a bad case of CAS (Callaway Aquisition Syndrome) but a small budget to work with. If I don’t win this driver I’m probably gonna have to continue pulling my hair out trying to invent an Electronic Leprechaun Locator to find that necessary pot of gold. The biggest problem so far has been trying to figure out the resonant frequency of Leprechauns which let me tell you has not been easy.

      I first want to say thanks to mygolfspy. Its pretty cool how you can get this brand new club not even released to stores yet, and your giving it away. This is my fourth comment and im going to say again what I and many others have said. I think that I should win that driver. I think this because I really do need a new driver because I have grown out of my old one and the shaft is too flexible for me. It could go perfectly with the new set im looking for. I am a 15 year old with a handicap of about 7.5. I think this is mainly because I can’t hit fairways with my driver. This new club would be perfect for me because I really like Callaway. Just wanted to put that out there one more time. Thanks again mygolfspy.

      This last year after finishing a round with my father and his golf buddies in St. Louis, Missouri I suffered an unfortunate loss. He was about 2 to 3 years old, kinda skinny with a fairly large head for his size. Some said at times he was kinda tacky or even a little stiff, but I loved him dearly. I am speaking of course of my sweet ERC Fusion that I had received as a birthday gift, a few years prior. Unknowingly, the eldest of my father’s usual foursome had proceed to close the door of his Cadillac CTS and drive away. Leaning on the fender of my own vehicle was my dearly departed. My sweet little “Callie” never saw it coming…the shaft was splintered into multiple pieces and his already lerger than normal head was crushed and mishapen beyond repair. I have since forgiven that sweet old man, but the my loss still haunts me to this day. I am sure that the addition of this distant relative to “Calli” in my golf bag, this “Top Secret” club would help to dull the pain and reassure the other clubs in my bag that they too are safe. Thanks mygolfspy.com, for helping ease a player’s troubled heart.

      Well my first attempt seems to be afloat in cyber space. But being a retired person on a limited budget I know the Callaway “Secret Weapon” is not in the offing. However, I know since it is a Callaway that it will greatly improve my game. The guys in my usual foursome regularly beat me considerably off the tee – it would be so cool to see their collective jaws drop when they see the “Secret Weapon” in action next to their new technology. I will have to wait a few more weeks as recent back surgery has slowed my down with no golf or oher strenuous activity for at least another month.Really enjoy the web site and thanks for the opportunity!

      I have a nephew that has the best hand eye coordination and can be great at golf but his situation does not allow him to buy golf clubs so he can exploit his talents. I wish I was rich enough to buy him quality clubs but unfortunately I am just a student. Maybe this club will be a start to his golf future.

      Dear MyGolfSpy,
      I think that there are various reasons why I should win this new Callaway FT-iq driver. I am 12 years old and will be turning 13 this Friday! I was actually looking for a new driver as a birthday present when I coincidentally came upon this contest. I thought to myself, why not save my parents some money and win a cool new driver that is not in stores yet, rather than buying a new driver that is available to all golfers. I think this new driver would be an amazing birthday present for me. Second, golf is my favorite sport. Golf is my passion and I play whenever I possibly can. I always wanted to get the opportunity own a new hi-tech driver compared to my old kids clubs, and I think that this is my chance. I think that my game would get a huge boost if I won the Callaway FT-iq driver. Lastly, I am a huge fan of mygolfspy and Callaway. I know that I can always rely on mygolfspy whenever I need information on new drivers or any other golf equipment. I visit your site daily and I like how you have so many contests for free giveaways. In conclusion, I think that you should consider giving me the new Callaway FT-iq. I reeeeaaaaallllllllyyyyyy want to win this driver as my birthday preasent. Thank you for considering my post, Jack

      You should give let me win this driver because I lay awake thinking about it. Wondering what it would be like to hit a fancy new high tech driver. I went to sell my blood in hopes of being able to afford one but after the procedure was over they informed me it was a donation drive. And in this case my blood would be donated to a colony of vampire bats because I may be a carrier of mental illness. So I went home to clean the cobwebs out of my wallet until I realized if I did that then there wouldn’t be anything left in there after greens fees.

      Well I have already posted twice and i just want to say that i think that mygolfspy is really amazing. I love coming on here and checking out all of the cool articles and spy photos that are here, and thank you for giving us the opportunity to win this driver. My handicap is around an 8 and i have had some problems with my driver, for several different reasons, one I think is because its staff is too flexible, I need a club with a stiffer shaft (hahaha). The person who commented above me is my best golf buddy and if he wins it over me, its going to want to make me beat him really bad, and i know he doesn’t want that. So thanks for the opportunity.

      ive already posted something on here before talking briefly about why i should win this driver but i forgot a couple of things. My game is around an 8 handicap and ive been struggling to get it into the lower single digits so that i might be able to play golf for a D-1 school in college. I think that this driver would help me do that seeing as that I have struggled with my driver for about the past half year because it simply needed to be changed to often to lower my ballflight. Right now the ballflight with my current driver is touching the Lord. I have tried a different golfball and even an older smaller driver. I feel that this driver would allow me to adjust certain aspects to fit my game better and help me on to a career on the PGA Tour and become the first BWB

      My name is Colton Williamson. I’m a freshman at North Attleboro High School, and I’m yet to win a writing contest, but I’m going to give this my all. I play on the golf team, however I rarely get to see any action in varsity matches, mainly due to my, shall we say, “banana-esque” tee shot trajectory. The rest of my game is good. I have good ball striking, and an excellent short game, especially putting, however I often find myself scrambling for bogey, due to the trouble I get my self in off the tee. I have about a 14 handicap, but I need to get that down into single digits to see some Varsity action in my Sophomore year, and also help me eventually achieve my dream of paying golf for a Division I college (Notre Dame). Now, I know that it’s not the arrow, but I still want all the help that I can get, which includes a “Top Secret” Callaway driver with a seemingly infinite MOI. As a Freshman, I’m a little “tight on cash” considering I get about $10 a week for mowing the lawn, which is then used as lunch money. Also, my parents have been very good to me in this past year. my mom has worked very hard to keep my family from going insane while my Dad was overseas in Iraq, fighting for me and my country. Now that he’s back safely, I’m not about to ask for something like a new driver, but I still want to make him proud of my golf. I’ve shaved about twenty strokes off my game this past year, and I hope that it only continues to fall with my hard work, and I think that this driver will help in my goals.

      Roses are red, white and even pink,
      I can chip and putt but off the tee I stink;

      I’ve teed it up high,
      but she didn’t fly;

      I’ve tried all sorts of swings,
      but they didn’t do a thing;

      Hell, this year “I’m stacked”,
      and I still drive it like crap;

      I’ve tried different clubs,
      but they’ve all been duds;

      I heard Calloway’s technology is really “the bomb”
      Making drivers arrow straight and exceptionally long;

      If this is true then could you help a fellow out,
      Put this driver in my hands and let me feel what the hype’s about;

      So please, please if you can find in your heart,
      Put the FT-9 in my bag and give this golfer a fresh start!

      The zen that is golf provides an outlet from the daily exasperation of the job, media onslaught, elections and family distractions. I feel the tao and see the field. I avoid the shanks and call penalties on myself. I rip four balls into the water and feel no shame for trying…… but the opportunity for a new driver reduces me to a Pavlovian dog slobbering on myself and giving me sweaty hands. I have no other hobbies, and my wife actually encourages me to play more! No gambling, little drinking, no womanizing or travel aspirations. Just golf equipment- GOTTA HAVE IT!!!….. whew. I have been playing golf since I was 15 and only started taking the game seriously since I was 22. The past 5 years have been the best time of my life. I love the game. I love the things golf has given me, but I would not trade golf for any of my family or friends.

      I am a fan of Callawy and love the equipment that put out. Right now I need a forgiving driver and this driver is probably going to be the straighest driver made as of recent.

Winning this driver would be totally sweet because I won’t have to lay out the cash I have already justified spending in my head when it comes out on 11/15/08.

We specialize in helping disabled veterans from the recent Wars get back on there feet through the use of golf as a therapy. I would really love to win this driver or any driver for that matter because, last Friday I woke up to find that my truck had been broken into and, my entire golf bag was stolen along with almost everything else!. It had taken me 2 years and, about 3 thousand dollars to get everything I wanted. I was almost there too! Maybe one more wedge and, I would have been complete! Anyway, I currently have an open case with the Saint Petersburg Fl, Police Department. I had packed up my truck the previous night because, I was planning on making it out to my favorite course an hour away that morning but, obviously i did not make it! I would really be ironic to win a Callaway driver considering that I paid 500 for my Callaway FTi IMIX driver and only used it for 2 months. So Continue your great work Golf Spy, you guys give me something intresting to read dailly!

The timing couldn’t be better and I have another month to practice to become worthy of this magnificent beast. Maybe I need to find a dude named Bones to carry my bags, line up meetings with prospective sponsors, look into entering the FBR Open…This driver could change my life!

      I have used many drivers and this looks like it will allow a faster swing speed and with a lower CG it will definitley be a easy launching driver. If it’s a improvement to the FT-i it will be the longest driver manufactured to date. The shaft looks like a Fubuki and that will be a great stock shaft. I have been using the whiteboard 83 in a x stiff ANSI recently put a Fubuki to work with my FT-i and the spin is down and the feel is top notch. I believe the option to make the face draw, fade or square at address with this driver will not be important, this is going to be a straight hitter all the way. If anyone is worried about the not so ordinary shape of the head do not worry. Callaway spends a ton of money on research and science and they did not come up with this because they like the way it looks. This is the most scientifically advanced driver to ever be mamfactured and it is going to change the way we look at drivers if not golf alltogether. Hopefully I will be the winner of this Noble prize winning Driver. It will win Majors this next year! Mark my word it will have more than one major in 2009 under it’s belt. I work with the first Tee and all the kids keep asking if I won it yet because I am raffling my new FT-i off to the group of kids I work with if I win or if I have to buy it but hopefully I won’t have to wait to save that much cash. Well goodlyck everyone and tee it high and let it fly!!

      I need this driver so much. Just a month ago my dad wanted his clubs back which I had been using so I bought new irons and an FT-i with my hard earned lawn mowing money.A week after buying the clubs I was at the practice green getting ready to play a round and when I was done I went back up to the clubhouse to get my clubs and somebody had stolen my driver. I love Callaway clubs and I really do need a driver since school has started and I have no way of making money anymore. I think this club would help me a lot with my slice and I would appreciate if I were the one to recieve this awesome club

      I need this driver because I had just bought all new clubs when my dad decided that he wanted his clubs back which I had been using for the whole season. I bought the callaway FT-5 ( even though I like the FT-I better) and Callaway Big Bertha Irons with hard earned lawn mowing money. After a week or so of playing the clubs I went to the practice green, grabbed my putter and left my clubs up by the clubhouse. When I returned somebody had stolen my driver and Fairway wood. I need this driver so bad because I am out of money completely after my purchases. Thanks you guys are the best giving somebody an opportuinity like this and if I’m lucky that will be me.

      Not only that, Im lefthand-player too, so I could really not play with this club anyway, because as usually – I suppose – that callaway will not do this club for lefties!
      Strange actually, bare in mind, they have Mickelson as sponsored player…

      Well, I dont want this club, I cant play with it and I find callaway to be a rather poor brand that only makes clubs for beginners.

      I think I should win it, not because I am a Callaway fan….because I’m not. In fact I think their clubs leave much to be desired. However, if Callaway thinks they can change my opinion, which I doubt very much that they can, Then give me the driver………..I’ll compare it to my Taylor Made TP’s……..(I have an r7 and a Burner)..and if the Callaway is better…..what a fantastic endorsement that would be. A regular joe with a 5 handicap who swears by Taylor Made…………and he switches to the Callaway……………..SCORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Why should I win the Callaway FT-IQ Driver? I can’t hit the broadside of a barn with a driver, never could. The driver has always been the worst club in my bag, it makes people nervous just to see me bring it to the course. If this driver is what it says it is, then it might just fix all that for me. Don’t do it for me, do it for all those other people on the course that are in range of me.

      Sliver of Hope
      Winning the Callaway IQ Top Secret Driver Contest would spare me of weeks of pressure and never ending questions of “WHEN WILL CAN WE TRY THE NEW CALLAWAYS OUT?” that I will certainly be getting next month. You see, I have a 13yr old son who lives and breathes golf, and he lives and breathes Callaway. Every club in his bag is a Callaway, heck, his bag is a Callaway and of course, he plays Callaway balls.
      This time of year, I know it is coming…..New products from Callaway
      It has already started again and it just seemed like iMix was not too long ago. My son found this info about the 2009 lineup and the IQ driver and has non stop been on me asking “have I entered the contest yet…… well have you!????”
      I look at this like a small sliver of hope, maybe…..just maybe, that random computer drawing will somehow slot my comment in the first slot and spare me at least couple of weeks of what will certainlyl be a barrage of non stop questions and phone calls trying to figure out where and when he can try this new driver out. This could simplify everyting. If computers had teens, they WOULD understand.
      So here is my sliver of hope

I also know that purchasing it will land me in the dog house for so long that it’ll add 5 strokes back due to lack of play. I have been able to chip and putt and hit some short irons to try to get back to playing. I am back to playing now and having a terrible time getting the ball in play off the tee. II can hit my 5 wood fine, but the driver has been going everywhere. I was looking forward to playing so much, but this had made me so frustrated I hardly want to play. I am the youngest sibling in a Callaway family (not our surname, just a religious affiliation with the products). The oldest brother bought some Big Bertha irons, they got passed down to the next, then to the next, then to me. Woods, much the same story. I am a 26 year-old medical student living in the golf club shadow of my older brothers. Most recently, I received a first-generation Fusion as a hand-me-down birthday gift as the brothers proceeded onto bigger and better things. Even my sole bragging right, that of hitting their old club better than they did, has been neutralized by the “I broke it in for you” comment. I could really use some help, “mygolfspy.com” to let me for once be the one who gets to deny his playing partners when they ask to use my driver after a monster drive right where it was aimed.

      ps. I’m guessing the latest and greatest might help me score a better interview for my future profession (I’ll write some free prescriptions for ya).

      It’s an interesting look, much better than the FT-i. It seems they’ve made a few changes in the last couple of years to this club (low CG, tour head, and now the i-Mix versions). It’ll be interesting to see how these measure up.

      I think that I should win the driver because I neeeeeeeeed a driver that goes a straight and long. Sometimes I slice the ball so hard I think the ball is going to circle back around and hit me. Maybe this new callaway technology can turn my game around. If this driver helps me to Freddie Funk it out there, then maybe I’ll just have to worry about whether I could beat Stevie Wonder in a putting contest.

      My current driver would really like me to win the FT-IQ. You see I have had it for 5 years now and it is getting pretty tired and is ready to retire. It’s done agreat job for me but I think I need to let it get some rest. If I win I will send it on down to Florida so it can go relax and play endless golf at the Villages…

      Ive never really been a Callaway fan. I also got my first set of clubs from my father and they where a set of Northwestern irons and a wooden 1 wood. I played with that for 3 years till I bought my Hippo John Daly’s Oversized. So my clubs are 5 years old. I have a wife and 2 kids and so Im broke. So there are alot of clubs Im not a big fan of but better to learn first hand and win over another fan….cause isnt that the american dream to find someone…..take your beliefs and cram them down there throat….wow I dont now when I just went to but that brings me to my final conclusion……Golfing is awesome and I want a new club and you have one so Howie Lets make a deal.

      It is refreshing to know that Callaway isn’t going to abandon the I-Mix system after average sales due to the hefty price tag. I think they are going to find that people will jump on the I-Mix components now that they are discounted. I don’t know that the Lamborghini reference is necessary but to each their own. I just hope they solved the center of gravity issues by keeping the tour low cg specs in this IQ model. The original FT-I produced an extremely low ball flight which was contradicting to todays high launch low spin philosophy. I would love to try this with a Rombax in an X flex :0)

My wife tells me I should win really simply because I’m the MOST HONEST scorer, hence why i’m always beat at golf outings.
      I was a TaylrM guy until i hit my current FT-i… it literally sleeps next to me at night:) (golf bag in my bedroom in case of fire…i grab it and go)

      Wow. I NEED the Callaway Ft-IQ. You know maybe it’s like that brand new car, or that unrated (which happens to be the exact same) edition of the dvd that you just love, and definitely the hot girl that you see when you’re at hooters with your girlfriend. It’s like with drivers, regardless of what I’ve already had or seen I cannot seem to find a driver that I can keep. I’m a college golfer who has been through every brand as I head into my sr year of college. Fr year I played the ping G2 then The Nike SQ. Soph yr I moved to the r7 460 tp which stayed for awhile before moving to the hibore xl, then the 907 d2. Now my Jr yr I used the MP-600 and then the ft-I tour lcg. I am currently hitting the ft-5 imix and am PRAYING that this ft-IQ can improve my decision-making and overall IQ when it comes to sticking with one driver. I’ve had my irons, wedges, putters and fw woods for years, but I NEED this driver for stability as my game is very dependent on how I drive the ball.PLEEEEAAASSSEE make me smarter with a NEW IQ

      I believe this could be a winner they have continued with the shape of the FT-i and I believe from just looking it is going to give a bit more lower weight to the head that will promote low but a faster ball flight. It looks very nice and it is going to give the New Nike and the new R7 a run for its money. I would love to win the driver you are giving away I have never won anything before I just have horrible luck and wont plan on getting to win this either but I will keep my fingers crossed. This place is amazing!! Wow!!

      I would like to win this for the following reasons:

      1 – October 20 is MY actual BIRTHDAY!! This would be one of the greatest birthday presents ever!! I’ll gladly photo copy my driver’s license to provide proof as well.

      2 – I’m a devoted Callaway junkie. I’ve had the X-16 Pro Series in my bag for years, own the X-Forged wedges, and 2ball putter. I’ve had the Hawkeye, FT-3 Tour & FT-5 Tour in the bag, and would LOVE to put this in play.

      3 – I’m an 11.3 handicap who’s shot 80 many times, and have broken par for 9 holes, but I still have yet to break 80 for 18. With the new FT-iQ in the bag, this JUST might be the ticket for me. Who knows, but I know anything is possible!

      4 – I’m the Callaway golf poster child. Even have the white Tour fit hat and sunglasses as well!

      Thanks so much for the opportunity. It really is an amazing opportunity and best of luck to everyone. There sure is going to be one 1 HAPPY golfer!! That’s for sure.

      I think I should win the Callaway driver because I’m a young and upcoming player that could really use a new driver. My game is very good from the fairway (or rough) and around the greens, but I struggle with consistency off the tee. I’m hoping to make the varsity squad next year and a driver like the ft-iq wouldn’t hurt. Plus showing it off to all the rich kids at my school would be cool cause they can’t have it. Thanks for the oppourtunity.

      That actually is not that creative…but a very good reason nonetheless.

      We have some pictures now but they are not the ones that they are referring to. Callaway will be releasing the images in early September. We have gotten a lot of emails from people saying that they have tried to put our 2009 Callaway Driver giveaway on that golfwrx.com site lately but the owner of the site continues to boot them off the forum…I think we have gotten 10 emails in the last week. Not much of a forum if you cannot speak your mind. Strange concept they have over there.

      First, Thanks for the contest.

      I should win the top secret callaway driver because I feel that i am qualified as a scratch handicap to be able to tell the difference in what the new driver has to offer. I am a feel player and I can’t find a driver that has the feel I like except for callaways. I love the feel of the Ft-I but I can’t beat the ballspeed of the Hyper X, but it feels like a brick, no feel at all. I think that Callaway will have a winner of there new driver because with Fusion and hyperbolic fae technology combined it will be a feel player’s club with ball speed out the wazoo.

      Thank god you guys put this back up I tried to get in the other day and it was down. I want this driver bad. Great contest by the way never seen one like this where you get the driver before it hits stores. I CANT WAIT! I almost forgot we are supposed to put why we should win the driver.

      I think I should win becasue I own almost every Callaway driver ever put out and this would be at the top of my list because I have never gotten one that came out early. Please! Please! Please!! maybe that will work.

      I would love to be the first to get my hands on the Callaway FT-IQ so that I can be the envy of all my golfing buddies. You see we are all Golf Club Whores, we are constantly outdoing each other and trying different and the newset equipment. This driver would make me the envy of them all…. Thanks for the oppurtunity. Love the site, please keep up the great work.

      First of all I play craapy driver that slices like heck. I’ve read that the FT-iq has 5900+ moi and is amazingly stable. And last of all I am callaway’s biggest fan and follow everything they do!
      Callaway has always been my favorite club, so I should win !

      I think I should win this new callaway ft-iq driver for many reasons. For one I am a big fan of callaway golf and I always wish I had one of their drivers. Another reason is I am a big fan of mygolfspy.com and I visit it every day. My final reason is I am the first person to comment about this so I should win!

      I think i should win the first callaway ft iq because i am looking at new clubs to buy because i need a whole new set since my first clubs arent great. I am not a person with a job so i dont have a whole lot of money and it would be great if i could have a driver for free. I am a big fan of callaway i would probably get a callaway driver anyway but i would love to save 500 dollars. This would be a great oppurtunity for me and i am going out for the high school golf team and im gonna get pretty serious about the game.

      I feel I should win the new Callaway driver because I am not able to afford it since I have already spent my economic stimulus check. Hopefully if the new government bailout plan works and some part of the 700 billion dollars trickles back down to me, then I may be able to buy a brand new dunlop driver, but I would still prefer to win the new Callaway driver. Thank You

      I think my husband should win the “Top Secret” driver. Why my husband should win the driver from Callaway is because he is a Callaway nut, he is putting up with me (his pregnant wife), and he is a strong guy. My husband has ALL (Acute Lymphomic Leukemia) and three years ago this month he went through a bone marrow transplant. He has a passion for the game of golf and although his game has suffered a bit, he still goes out there giving it his all.

      Now that his healthy is improving, but still is on a handful of medications and goes in once a month to the doctor. This December he is taking the trip he has been dreaming of and a trip well deserved for all that he has been through. He will get to golf Pebble Beach, Spy Glass Hill and one other course in a fundraiser tournament.

      In closing, this “Top Secret” driver would give him some hope to the game he loves so much! And to everyone ‘live life to it’s fullest, everyday is a special day – here is to health and happiness’!

      Thank you,
      Stacy

      PS Happy Birthday to me tomorrow! ; )
