Joining the PING G400 MAX on the USGA Conforming Drivers List this morning is the yet another variant of Callaway’s forthcoming Rogue lineup. If you’re keeping track, it’s the 5th Rogue variant to appear on the list, though we don’t believe all of them will make their way to retail.
Based on where Star fits in the Epic line, and the placement of the single weight, we’d expect Rogue Star will be a lighter-weight (senior/low swing speed focused) version of the Rogue Draw, and may be available in the Asian market only – at least initially.
Given that TaylorMade launched its 2018 product last week, it stands to reason that Callaway won’t sit on Rogue for much longer.
More details soon.

I bought two close out RIP’d NV Aldila shafts.
Put a titles 910 D2 on one
Ping G25 on the other
both regular flex
REALLY liked the 910….
I’m in the northeast so only made it to the driving range once.
But if I had the $500 in my golf budget I’d still have a lot of beer money!
So maybe in a couple years I’ll grab one of those jail things and give ’em a try!
It’s really about driving the cart and enjoying the afternoon…
