I don’t think anyone is saying it’s not a good putter, but it isn’t revolutionary or even evolutionary. It’s been a quality mallet for a few years, just was put in the hands of the best putters on tour. It’s not going to sink the putts for you, see Rory’s game, but it may open a few people to a face balanced mallet with new style and influential players.
TM can come out with all the clubs they want, it’s up to the consumer to purchase.

The red, and black tour limited putters aren’t face-balanced. They are “slant” neck.

Did they point out the fact the Spider mallet putters are pretty much the same ones that they sold years ago, that sat in a bargain bin? I know because I tried one and thought it was garbage (I have a Daddy Long Legs). They just painted it red and have a few high level staffers playing it to jack up the price.
