Thanks, very informative video. I see these ads all the time on eBay I know it’s basically a waste of time & can damage your club. However, as you mentioned early on in the video, it’s non-conforming. So why would I even think about doing this??? Yes, golf is just a “game” but without rules, then every round is really just a practice session.

We have been through all of this with softball bats back in the day. Shaving works for metal not carbon. For Carbon what worked was ‘rolling’ the bats which would break down the carbon and make it more flexible adding to the trampoline effect. Choosing the Stealth was about the worst choice you could have made. Any metal faced driver would have taken to shaving better (and it’ll be interesting to to see what the golf club equivalent to rolling will be for the Stealth).
