I bouught one of those Caddies from Pinned Golf. It was an awful experience. It is poorly designed in that the magnet that is supposed to hold it on the cart doesn’t. The golf cart pillars that you are supposed to mount it to are too narrow and have too little surface area to hold something as big and heavy as the Caddie in place. Mine fell off multiple times in the first couple of weeks, finally falling off onto the cart path and shattering the screen. When I contacted Pinned Golf, the claimed that the breakage was due to my carelessness and/or abuse, when in reality I never used the product in any manner that wasn’t recommended by the manufacturer.

Pinned’s solution was for me to purchase from them a new screen ($60) and have it installed by repair company of my choosing. I took it to a local company that repairs cell phones and tablets, and they charged me another $99 to do the work. So now I’m more than $600 into this poorly designed product, but after getting it fixed and on the first day with it back on the course it once again fell off it’s mount and onto the ground. No damage to the screen this time, but it shut the Caddie off and now it won’t turn on.

And once again, Pinned Golf says, thanks for buying our product, but this is your problem.

The Caddie is a poorly designed, cheaply manufactured product and Pinned Golf is a horrible company to do business with. I suggest staying away from both!

Just an observation regarding Arccos- once they have you as a subscriber it is damn near impossible to cancel the subscription. The process is convoluted, cumbersome, and frustrating. I was a subscriber for the past 3 years but due to an injury, I wanted to cancel my membership before it renewed. What a series of dead-end rabbit holes they put you through for something that should be straightforward. And with their constant price increases, it’s getting darn expensive. I can buy a Shot Scope X5 with the tags and a free subscription for what the most recent Arccos annual subscription fee is. I now have an appreciation of why MGS aligned itself with Shot Scope recently.
