Golfers’ Choice Survey – 2022 What’s In the Bag

With a flurry of new gear releases scheduled for early January, we thought we’d make a most of what’s left of 2022 to take our annual look at What’s In the Bag of our readers.

We want to know what types of clubs are in your bag. Are you carrying a hybrid or a utility iron? Two wedges or four? That sort of thing.

Along the way, we also want to learn what new clubs you bought this season and, ultimately, which brands you rely on most when you head to the golf course.

The survey should take five to 10 minutes to complete and, as always, we’ll share some of results in a few weeks.

This survey was not good, asking what clubs I play which I answered then asking what I mostly play?
Same answer as I Mostly play the irons I have in my bag, should the question have been what clubs did you mostly play in the past or over your lifetime playing golf. Maybe that’s what they were trying to ask but it felt like a coin toss with the answer.

“which brand you rely on most” I may have TM irons but they’re trash and I hate them! I wasnt able to convey that even though TM will get my tally.

Like these surveys as they provide insight if not analysis. I always get asked what I’m playing in the bag but it’s linked to handicap too. Have all the Smart Soles and a chippe.r. Playing off 3.2. Make the game easy guys, doesn’t matter if you pack a 50/52/54/56/58. Bin then all and buy a chipper, learn to use it and watch that index tumble. Simple.
