Quick question. What tees do you use?
Whether you’re strolling through PGA TOUR Superstore, DICK’S or even Walmart, it seems the options and the promises of more distance are endless.
Here at MyGolfSpy, you know we’re all about the data. That’s why we put some of the top-selling tees on the market head to head to see if there’s really anything better than the free wooden tees laying on the tee box in front … and behind you.
Are you missing out on your best game, without a price tag?

The results do not surprise me. The swing speeds for the testing were not mentioned. However, I am guessing that with a slower swing speed such as mine, differences in distance among the tee types becomes even less. This test did save me from spending extra money on specialty golf tees.
