I’m in My Golf Sneaker Era. One Brand Keeps Findings Its Way Into My Closet

I’m a big sneaker guy. Which means I’m also a big golf sneaker guy. I’ve got stuff from all the big brands. My sneaker closet is full of Jordan 1 golf shoes, New Balance 550 golf shoes, and even the new Sun Day Red Osprey.

But the sleeper pick that I don’t talk about all that much? Pluto Golf. I’ve written about them before, but the brand that has built a following solely (see what I did there?) on selling golf sneakers deserves some more love and attention.

The Pluto P1 is, in my estimation, everything that a good golf sneaker should be. They use high-quality materials (the leather is pretty darn good) have good insoles and some element of traction.

Outside of that, they look just like a pair of sneakers, which is the whole point after all.

And they’ve been making waves (albeit small) in the golf industry already. Heck, the other day I saw Bronny James rocking a pair. The budding golfer/NBA combo guard sees the vision. Do you?

I definitely do. And the brand’s latest drop is pretty darn cool. Pluto didn’t invent the golf sneaker. But they’re well on their way to perfecting it.
