TESTERS WANTED: Bridgestone Prototype Golf Balls

Bridgestone Golf is putting the MyGolfSpy community on the front lines of golf ball innovation. Four brand-new prototype golf balls are in development, and Bridgestone wants your feedback to help guide their next release.

This is a rare chance to go inside the development process with one of the game’s top golf ball manufacturers — and it’s open exclusively to MyGolfSpy Forum members.

What’s This Testing All About?

This isn’t your typical MyGolfSpy Member Test. Instead you’ll be working directly with Bridgestone, providing value feedback on how you felt the ball performed. Here is how it works:

  • Testers will receive one of four prototype models packaged in plain black sleeves.
  • You won’t know which ball you’ve received — keeping the feedback unbiased and performance-driven.
  • The results you share will go directly to Bridgestone’s R&D team as they refine these prototypes for potential release.

In other words, you’re not just testing golf balls — you’re helping design the next generation.

How to Apply

Participation is open to Forum members only. If you don’t already have a Forum account, it’s completely free and takes just a few minutes to set up. Joining gives you access to one of the most passionate golf communities in the world.

Once you’ve created your account, go to the Test Application page, answer a couple questions, complete the Sign Up and you’ll be added to the list as we determine the best fits for player and ball type.

Why This Matters

MyGolfSpy exists to put golfers first — and that means connecting our community directly with the brands shaping the game. Bridgestone is handing the MGS Forum the keys to provide unfiltered, real-world feedback during the development stage, not just after launch.

That’s a level of access very few golfers ever get.

Don’t Miss Out

If you’ve ever wanted to help design a golf ball — here’s your shot. Create a free Forum account, apply, and join a group of golfers shaping the future of Bridgestone Golf.

I have played Bridgestone for the last 8 years and was wondering why they are not making the color balls any not.

I enjoy playing Bridgestone balls, but I’d love to see if they’ve changed over what I used to. The line has gotten a little long in the tooth.
