If I had one, then maybe, JUST MAYBE, the other 3 guys in my regular foursome would quit asking me “Hey man, how far you think that is to the green, or to the end of the fairway, etc” every freaking shot. I just wished that it’d read greens too cause they also say “hey, how much you think this will break?” I get sick of telling them I’m not their caddy, and can’t give them shot advice.

Couldn’t resist getting a new set of R7 on a special sale, so my request for clubs earlier might have to wait. So now I am going back to another GPS unit. Up until two days ago, my bag was set. I was cleaning my 4DX T-Spec, and saw that one of the weight ports were loose. Very dissapointing. If it falls out, I have no gamer that is as long. I have not even looked at the new drivers. I took a guess on the Adams. I really do not want a new stick, but this new development has me thinking of a “plan B”.

Just had a set of Titleist 681 customs stole along with my bag as my son hit the driving range. This would make him so happy as he’s felt very down….like he’s to blame. we all know it’s not his fault but he’s a young man and has no insurance to cover such a loss. so for this I ask Santa to help my bot with this beautiful set sure to make him smile.

Since I started taking lessons my game is improving…I shot my first 81 from the grown man tees. I am positive with more complete yardage information I will score even lower. My goal is to begin tournament qualifying play in 2011 and this piece of equipment will definately help me reach that goal! I have fought a slice since high school, and I graduated in ’67. A long, long time! A friend of mine bought one and let me try it last fall. How about a 240 yard drive with only a very slight fade! Using his club I shot a 39 for nine holes. My lowest score ever! Yes, I want one of these, dear Santa. I’ve been good and I promise to be even better next year. I haven’t played golf in several years and want to get back into playing. I’ve dug out my old clubs from the garage to find them covered in damp and they’ll need re-gripped and cleaned before I could use them again. I’d be cheaper buying another set and these would appear to fit the bill.

Obviously all the rage are those GPS units. They all look great, but this one seems to stand out from all the rest for me. It’s so interactive. When I go outside and look into my dad’s bag, everything in it is at least 10 years old. We went to a demo day and these Ping irons were so sweet for him…he literally hit them 20 yards further then his current set. I would love to have these for Christmas because as gifts of this magnitude are just impossible at my house. Grant me this wish and my dad will never forget it.

My last round I was up by 4 strokes on the 18th hole against my arch enemy and I miscalculated my approach shot over the green to a straight downhill lie above the green (an impossible lie). Next shot goes across the green and down to a bunker that is 8 feet below the putting surface. 2 shots to get back to the fringe and then a nifty 3 putt to score an 8 while my competitior scored a birdie 3 to win the match. If I just had known the correct distance on my second shot (by owning a Callaway GPS) I never would have lost the match and given myself that ulcer that seems to have grown overnight. Please help this wounded golf fanatic!!!!

How badly do I need a new driver? Let me count the ways: 1) I think my current driver is broken…it is making a ridiculous sound and even well struck balls go no where and way off course, ugh. 2) I love telling this story: my buddy has this same G15 driver, same one b/c he put a diamana blue board in it… we are playing and he feels my pain for how badly I am hitting my own driver, so he lets me hit his(10.5 G15 Diamana Blue), I ended up cleaning his clock…killed him, presses galore! We got to 18 and he would not let me hit his driver. hew was so bitter. I hit 3 wood instead and ended up dropping a 30 footer to halve the hole with a birdie…he made 4 for 3 b/c I gave him a shot. Instead of cash, I offered to take his driver instead but he declined and we are letting the bet ride.

Please, please, please hook me up with this club so I can bring the heat next time I play!

I have had a terrible year, wrecked my jeep, had to sell two sets of irons to pay rent. I’m now gaming a set of mp32’s and love them, except for the fact that the are absolutely beat up but your not going to get a good set of mizunos for $60. I have been working on my game for 3 years and I’m finally ready for blades. I like a little punishment, otherwise I wouldn’t play golf, right?! My wife asked me what I wanted for Christmas, and I told her the 710 MB irons, and she said… is that less than $150????

So, I’m asking for these irons AGAIN… I think you should pick me because I’ve managed to NOT cheat on my wife with 15 different women… not even with ONE woman! Doesn’t Santa have a bonus for faithful husbands?!

You may be asking your self, “Why does this guy want this for Christmas? ” Well, I’ll tell you why I want the Callaway Golf Upro GPS for Christmas. You see, my home golf course is infested with killer ninjas. That’s right, NINJAS!! They hide behind trees, just past the OB markers, in the water hazards, the rough, behind the lips of sand traps, and, yes, even in the holes! It is rediculous, and I’m tired of it! I just can’t seem to avoid them! The come out of nowhere to grab my ball out of the air! They throw their ninja stars out of the trees on the corners of the par 5s to knock them out of the air so I don’t cut the corners! They burry my ball deeper in the rough. They jump out of the water and dive back in with my ball. The even have some sort of “secret ninja golf ball repelling cup magnets”! They hide in the holes and use these said magnets to push my ball away from the hole! It usually happens when I avoid the other ninjas on that hole though. So, with this said, I would really like this amazing GPS so that I forge a stronger defense against the terror that is the “Golf Course Ninja.”

I have heard tales of people who hit their approach shots from a place called “the fairway”. Now, to me, this is a mystical place. Much like the planet of Endor, or a Shire. Now, although I have never seen it, as I am a long grasser, the last time I saw this club in person, it made promises to me that it could help.

Until then, I will continue hitting my 40 yard hooks and slices around trees, bunkers, houses, small woodland creatures to find the green. A man can dream, can’t he?

Dear Santa,
Remember last year when you promised me those little white contraptions would never miss the hole on the green? I’ve tried blowing them with a straw, sweeping them with my club brush, digging a trench with my divot tool, and after inspiration from the movie, “Caddie Shack”, I almost resorted to purchasing a gopher. After a year-long blond moment, I realized I needed a new putter to put that little white dimply contraption in the hole correctly. Please help my golf game with a new Guerin-Rife putter! That last tournament that I lost because of two missed putts would have been much easier had I had a putter instead of trying to slingshot it with my golf towel!

I’m going to tryout for a small college golf team this spring. I would like to be able to compete with the top golfers on the team. Right now I would be 8-10 shots behind them on a good day but with a GPS unit like this one I could easily shave a few strokes off easily, especially when playing courses for the first time.

I moved to Riyhad, Saudi Arabia KNOWING there wasn’t any golf. Since I got here I have found that there are golf courses with real grass behind 12 fences with razor wire and protected by the militiary equiped with .50 Cal machine guns. If Al Quida is going to take me down, I want it to be on green grass with a sweet set of blades!

Always believed Titleist makes the top of the line product. The new AP1 irons seem to be no exception. As with many others, spouse is out of work, and Christmas will be slim. Mostly, money will be spent on wife and child. Maybe Santa will deliver these.

I have been playing Macgreggor PMB irons for as long as I can remember. I am actually on my third set of them, but over the last couple of years I have seen my Handicap gradually rise and my ball stricking really decline with these irons. I have had my Mizuno MP-60 from the day they got into the shops and I am studying on a Golf School where we practice 5-6 hours a day on mats. They have no bounce or grooves anymore. I’m a huge fan of taylormade, and these clubs are so much better than what i have now but they are still forgiving enough for someone like me to be effective with them.

I love this putter…
I think that if I find that putter under the xmas tree I’ll run to my golf club (that is closed :D ) and jump over the fence to try it….
maybe police will arrest me but… it’s a limited scotty cameron….
