PXG’s 2016 Lineup?

PXG’s 2016 Lineup?

All the credit belongs to our friend Dave Dawsey over at golf-patents.com for tracking down these sketches of what could be the next driver and iron from Parsons Xtreme Golf.

Driver

20160105-1-1024x743
20160105-3-1024x743

Irons

20160105-7-1024x743
20160105-9-1024x743

No additional info at this time, but we’re cautiously optimistic that a reduction in screw count could mean a reduction in price.

Don’t hold your breath.

Even with fewer screws you’re still getting screwed in the ballpark of $5000 for a set of irons.

Tim Gavrich made an astute observation on Twitter yesterday. Guys…and there are more than a few of them, who spend 10K annually on their country club memberships, are going to think twice about dropping 5K on a set of clubs.

The amount of guys playing them at the club in Scottsdale I work at is impressive. They don’t seem to think twice about dropping that amount of dough. For whatever that’s worth…

Before you get too impressed, remember, I think all the members at his course get a set.

10 million means nothing … You think he’d rather have 10 mil or 2 wins?
