The Callaway 14’s stand system features a FLEX POD base. Although the base is stable, our testers didn’t like it. The consensus was that the stand isn’t as great as advertised. Buy this one for the storage and club protection, not the stand.
If you worry about your golf clubs and want to protect them in a stand bag, the Callaway Fairway 14 checks all the boxes. The double-strap system helps the Callaway Fairway 14 work for walking but the bag also sits really well on a push cart.

✖︎ You only plan to walk: While plenty walkable, the Fairway 14 is a little heavier and larger for someone who only walks. It’s best suited for the occasional rider.
✖︎ You don’t love 14-way tops: Callaway’s new ShaftShield top is super useful but those who want a five- or six-way should look elsewhere.
