Bruce Bolt’s Masters Themed Glove is Exactly What You Need On Course To Channel Augusta Without Looking Like A Try-Hard

I love everything about the Masters and that includes all of the limited-edition releases that come along with it. The problem, however, is that so many of these limited pieces are trying really hard and don’t really translate to everyday golf. If we look at things objectively, if you’re showing up to the course with a Masters-themed bag, you’d better be a really good golfer and/or fully prepared for people to think you’re that guy.

It’s really difficult to strike the balance and get Masters-themed gear right. Aside from Ghost’s Patron’s Only Collection, my favorite release this Masters season belongs to Bruce Bolt.

If you didn’t know by now, I’m a huge fan of Bruce Bolt’s golf glove. In a world where “premium” golf gloves are definitely a thing, I do believe the Bruce Bolt glove is one of the highest-quality gloves on the market and, if you don’t mind spending money, worth the price tag. They look premium, feel premium and present premium.

OK, now to the Masters …

For the 90th playing of the famed Augusta tradition, Bruce Bolt has released their Augusta White glove, and, at first glance, it’s a simple white golf glove with some yellow and green detailing. That observation is spot on but, crazy as it sounds, that’s what I love so much about it. Augusta National prides itself on restraint—that’s why it occupies such a special place in our hearts and minds. Augusta doesn’t need to try hard and forces all of us to take a step back, slow down, and realize that true elegance comes effortlessly.

So, yes, the Bruce Bolt Augusta White glove is a distinct departure from its more vibrant siblings. But you know what they say: the devil is in the details. No detail here has gone unnoticed and that starts with the color scheme. I love that they stayed traditional and went with the correct shades of green, yellow and, importantly, red. Going a bit deeper, the green trim and side-panel detailing along the fingers is such a great touch and makes this glove truly striking.

Bruce Bolt already makes a fantastic golf glove but this takes things to a new level. At $85, the Augusta White glove is $5 more than their standard glove. However, as with all Bruce Bolt offerings, you do get two gloves and a pretty nice carrying pouch, too. If you’re anything like me and want to feel as close as possible to the Masters, this glove is for you. Get it while you can.
