FIRST LOOK! – The MyGolfSpy Headcover

COMING SOON – The MyGolfSpy Store

We kind of hinted to the fact a couple months ago that we were thinking of launching a MyGolfSpy Store that would include some kick-ass MyGolfSpy related gear and apparel.  For the past year or so we have been getting quite a few emails asking when we were going to have things like MyGolfSpy shirts, hats, headcovers, etc. Well that time is almost here so we wanted to give you a sneak-peek at one of the 1st MGS items that will be available…

So far we are working on MyGolfSpy Headcovers, Shirts, Stickers, Belt Buckles, Towels and MyGolfSpy Hats.  But the first product we will be launching  is the “MyGolfSpy Undercover Cover”.

The “First Edition” Undercover Cover!

I decided to launch “The Undercover Cover” first because…well….I have a thing (well maybe a devotion or obsession is a better term) for putters.  Putters are really why I am even in this business.  When I was a young kid…I walked into a local shop that was different then most golf shops around the country…it was a place that had equipment and especially putters I had never seen before.   A shame this place no longer exists…I think all the MGS readers would have thoroughly enjoyed the experience of walking through its doors.  I will have to tell that story another day…

Add to the fact that many of the MGS readers are self-proclaimed Putter-Ho’s and I just thought it was fitting to launch the putter cover first.  So…this will be our first ever production run of headcovers.  Only 100 of “The Undercover Cover” will be produced.  Rarely am I impressed with the first prototypes of any product that gets produced but this time was different.  On paper the design looked cool but when we got the pictures of the first protos made of our cover we got a big grin on our faces.  It has all the spy elements we had hoped to include in the design.  I hope you guys like these!

Available Soon! “The UnderCover Cover” (100 Available)

I purchased one & it’s a great headcover. The silver logo & stitching contrasts beautifully with the black cover & the workmanship is excellent. The cover is large enough that you have the flexibility of using a blade or mid-mallet & it fits either very comfortably. It is a great value for the price! Well worth it. The only negative that I’ve found is that the lone magnetic disk on the bottom of the cover leaves a large gap that allows the heel of an Anser type design to come out of the back if jossled. I had a friend’s wife stich two velcro strips on either side for full closure, & now it’s perfect. Either way, a quality product. Very prompt delivery also. Do yourself a favor & purchase one. You’ll be very happy & you’ll get many compliments & you’re supporting a great site………..Greens & Fairways 4ever………..

“I will have to tell that story another day…”
Hopefully this story will come sooner rather than later. It sounds like a great story, please include all the details of the putter shop, and you should include a description of the “putter that walked” incase any of us readers find it.

Very nice. Should be a scramble if only 100 are available. Dig the black and silver. Glad to hear they won’t be as pricey as Scotty’s :)

We will have to wait until final costs come in for them but they will not be like a Scotty for sure. We will make them very affordable.
