Very cool video. It’s always a little funny to me how low tech certain parts of the process are, such as gluing in those tungsten weights.

I like how the oven is very open on how they make their product. I think it is because they are trying to get rid of the second rate stigma, I found that Nike is more open than anyone else and that is very cool.
