Testers Wanted – Voice Caddie SL2 Rangefinder

The Voice Caddie SL2 rangefinder finished just a small step off the podium in our annual rangefinder rankings. That said, the SL2 certainly held its own with category leaders Bushnell, Nikon and Precision Pro.

With a design inspired by the wood grain and brushed aluminum of high-end yachts, Voice Caddie believes its flagship product is one of the most technologically advanced rangefinders on the market.

So now we’d like to get some feedback from MyGolfSpy readers.

TESTERS WANTED

We’re looking for four MyGolfSpy readers to test, review and keep a Voice Caddie SL2 rangefinder.

Head to the Voice Caddie SL2 testing thread in the forum to apply.

This testing opportunity is open golfers who live anywhere Voice Caddie products can be shipped.

Put me in coach! Here’s my typical conversation with my favorite playing partner using my ancient Leupold laser. Ok, how do you turn this thing on? It’s already on. Just press the button on top. Oh there, I think I got it. Now what do I do? Now just aim it at the flag. Now what? Give me the number that comes up. 320. Um, you’re not hitting the flag, it’s only a Par 3 that’s about 130 yards. Try it again. Ok, 298. you’re hitting something behind it. No, I have it right on the flag.

      Dear My Golf Spy:

I would love to be a tester in Canada (Vancouver BC area) as I have a range finder that is not functioning that well, giving different numbers for the same distance.
I play 2 to 3 rounds of golf a week and am looking for a rangefinder That I can trust and use efficiently.
I would be very satisfied if I could recommend this rangefinder to other golfers on My Golf Spy.
      Regards, Bob Paul

I’m a college golf coach and would love to be a tester. This ranger finder would come in very handy mapping golf course during the practice rounds. One range finder finds distances to bunkers and carry numbers as well as changes in elevations. This could be a game changer.

I have tried various devices for measuring yardage but find many difficult to aim and acquire the target. Always open to trying new means or methods to help improve my game.

I have only used a gps for years as the range finders were to pricey. I would love to test this range finder since it would be affordable now!

I play golf multiple times a week with the garmin s40 smart GPS watch. I could triangulate the distance that the watch, my phone, and the range finder give me to provide really precise feedback on its performance!

I have used a Bushnell range finder for many years now and would be a great tester to be able to compare the pros and cons of both.

I play golf all around the San Diego area about 4 times a month. Handicap index is a 8 and I rely on GPS on carts that aren’t always accurate pin placements or range finders that my buddies have.

I use a range finder 6 days a week for my job as a caddie. Been doing it for 6 years now. Would definitely make for a productive tester and I will follow up with a detailed review.

I am trying to decide between a watch or a range finder. This would be a perfect chance for me. I currently use an app on my phone (Grint). The app is useful but not pinpoint accurate.

Hi, my names Stephen. I’m an Avid golfer who is training everyday for multiple amateur golfing tournaments this summer in British Columbia, Canada. Im currently On the look for a new range finder, and would love to get my hands on one of these and provide my feedback.
I’m a 8 handicap right now but progressing down to hopefully become scratch as soon as I can, I would take any help I could get.

      Thanks, Stephen.

I’d love to test it at altitude (3,500ft+) and see how it performs in the cold.
