Ryder Cup Buyer’s Guide: Three Drops Worth Knowing

The Ryder Cup is hands-down my favorite golf event. But, lately, what’s made it even better are the drops—those limited, Cup-inspired pieces that bring some style into the mix. This year three stood out: a performance drop with a Ryder Cup edge, a collab built for the lifestyle crowd and a headcover brand finally getting its moment under the lights. Now if only someone would remix the team uniforms—but that’s a whole other convo. Let’s get into it.

Fujikura Golf -Rivals Edition

Fujikura tapped into Ryder Cup energy with a concept that’s simple but strong: giving each team its own color. The Rivals Edition, featuring the Ventus lineup—the No. 1 shaft on the PGA Tour—dropped in limited-edition Blue and Black for Team USA and Blue for Team Europe, each carrying the vibe of the competition. It’s more than just tech—it’s a way for golfers to rep team pride in their own games. Performance is still the backbone but Fujikura’s clearly leveling up creatively, pushing into merch and accessories that hit just as hard. This drop proves they’re not only making shafts—they’re shaping culture.

Devereux x Sugarloaf Social Club –“It’s Coming Home With Us” Collection

I love that two of my favorite brands right now, Devereux Golf and Sugarloaf Social Club, came together for a collaboration built around Ryder Cup energy with future-retro styling. The “It’s Coming Home With Us” collection includes graphic tees, hoodies, a rugby-style polo and rope hats—all decked out in Ryder Cup palettes of red, white and blue. Founders of both brands echoed the idea of creating something that felt both playful and competitive and really reflected the idea of being in that arena. I think they nailed it.

Swag Golf – Official Bags and Headcovers of Team USA

Swag Golf has built its reputation on limited drops that sell out almost instantly. Fans of the brand are well-conditioned to click those emails and texts the second they hit so to see this garage band–style crew get their shot on the biggest stage feels pretty cool. I’m stoked that Captain Bradley and the PGA of America let them keep the style and swagger they’re known for. As the official gear partner for Team USA, they didn’t tone it down—instead, they delivered a collection worthy of the spotlight: a Ryder Cup–themed stand bag along with headcovers for drivers, fairways and putters.

Final word

From streetwear to official Team USA gear to tour-level tech, this year’s American Ryder Cup drops cover every corner of golf culture. The only question is: How do you want to show your team spirit—on your back, in your bag or in your swing?

When he’s not teeing it up or swapping swing tips on the range with buddies, Andrew can be found cooking up fake NBA trades, sending golf memes in group chats, and spending time with family, friends, and his dog Leia at home in Southern California.
