YouTube Golf Power Rankings: Late May Update

We’ve been tracking the YouTube Golf Power Rankings over the past few months and the leaderboard remains tight throughout the top players.

Here are the current top-10 players ranked by Handicap Tracker. The site monitors YouTube golf videos and calculates each player’s on-camera handicap.

Now let’s get into the biggest movers up the handicap leaderboard during the past two weeks.

Nick Voke

Voke produced one of the standout rounds of the period during the video We Played the HARDEST Golf Course in the World (18 Hole Special) at The Kinloch Club in New Zealand.

Battling one of the toughest layouts featured on YouTube golf, Voke fired a 6-under round that launched him into a tie for fourth in the world rankings.

With momentum building and the possibility of more regular uploads returning to his own channel, the timing could not be much better as he pushes toward the top three.

ShortgameKing

Daniel continued his hugely popular series taking on golfers who call him out online, this time heading to Aviara Golf Club in San Diego.

Another confident performance resulted in a 2&1 victory and continued the steady form that has helped him keep climbing the rankings. While the handicap movement itself was modest, it was enough to move him up another two spots on the leaderboard.

Jonny Reynolds

A new name officially entered the Handicap Tracker leaderboard in May.

Reynolds opened with an even-par round at Sand Moor Golf Club and immediately showed the consistency and composure needed to start climbing quickly.

Zac Radford

Radford joined the growing list of creators invited to experience Shinnecock Hills Golf Club ahead of the U.S. Open.

Playing Shinnecock in near tournament-style conditions is a difficult challenge for anyone and a 4-over round proved more than respectable. The performance helped Radford gain valuable ground on the leaderboard and further strengthened his standing among the top creator golfers.

Rick Shiels

Shiels continued his long-running Handicap Series with another tracked round at Sandhill Crane Golf Club.

The latest performance did not directly lower the handicap number itself but consistency once again proved valuable. With more than 100 YouTube rounds now logged in the database, maintaining a +1.4 handicap while others slipped was enough to move Shiels up two spots in the standings.

Harry Na

Na joined Voke at The Kinloch Club and experienced just how demanding the New Zealand layout can become.

An 8-over round highlighted the brutal nature of the course but, despite no direct handicap movement, results elsewhere on the leaderboard worked in Na’s favor. Holding steady while others dropped allowed him to quietly gain ground during the period.

Conor Moloney

Since returning to the Fore Bros channel, the increased focus on practice and competitive golf has become obvious. While a 24-over performance during the PGA Championship challenge was not enough to contend for the title itself, it still lowered his handicap and moved him closer to catching his brother Paddy in the rankings.

Joey Cold Cuts

Cold Cuts also received the opportunity to play Shinnecock Hills Golf Club ahead of the U.S. Open.

On an incredibly difficult setup, he battled his way to a 13-over round that significantly lowered his handicap to 11.2.

Jimmy Bullard

Facing Team Harry Redknapp at Betchworth Park, Bullard posted 1-under through nine holes and secured another small but important move upward on the leaderboard.

Garrett Clark

Clark featured in another high-stakes money game, this time at Conroe Country Club.

A solid 1-over round did not create a massive handicap shift but in tightly packed leaderboard conditions, even small gains matter. The performance moved Clark up one spot and kept him firmly in the mix near the top rankings.

Biggest handicap impact (single video)

The biggest handicap cut from a single video belonged to Joey Cold Cuts after shooting 83 (+13) during The Bob Does Sports Major at Shinnecock. The round resulted in a huge 1.0 reduction to his handicap.

Conor Moloney followed with a 0.5 reduction during the FORE BROS PGA Championship challenge while Brad Dalke and Nick Voke both posted low rounds that produced additional movement.
