MyGolfSpy Forum Highlights: January 2024

January signaled the commencement of a fresh year for the MyGolfSpy Forum and what an exciting start it has been!

The release season has infused the community with enthusiasm, with new product launches taking center stage in many discussions. As always, drivers generate substantial intrigue and debate, leading to a survey about which new drivers are causing the most excitement.

Alongside the kickoff of the main PGA Tour schedule and the second season of the Forum Pick’em Challenge, there is a noticeable buzz surrounding ongoing events in the golfing world.

January also played host to the weekly community call, skillfully facilitated by the forum staff. Given the influx of new equipment across various categories, extensive discussions ensued on potential equipment choices for our members in 2024.

Forum Testing Opportunities

A new season also brings fresh testing opportunities! January kicked off with a golf chipper member testing opportunity from Arias, a small Canadian company. Three testers have been selected and they will soon have the new chipper in their hands for testing!

Next up, we’ve chosen 50 golfers to test an unspecified Callaway golf ball! Yes, 50 members will receive a dozen balls for testing and review. What ball do you think it is? Stay tuned for more details as these balls make their way to our testers!

For many, it’s still the off-season but that doesn’t mean we can’t work on our golf games. The FIt For Golf member testing opportunity provides golf-specific workouts and routines to ensure you’re in the best golf shape possible and are ready to play your best from the first swing!

Thanks for the January summary Jamie, lots of participation on the forum in January and probably February as a lot of North America is in “non golfing” mode. My Golf Spy forum gives me the opportunity to connect with other golfers even in the off season, thanks for that.
