I bought and played the Amazon Basic Golf Ball and was impressed enough that I decided to order more, but when I went to the Amazon website the balls are no longer listed. It’s as if they were never available. The ball is very playable, very durable, and as good as most other other balls costing more. It works for me with my slower swing speed. I wonder what happened to make Amazon take the off line.

I was going to buy the new Amazon ball, had 2 dozen in my cart, went out of town for he weekend, tried to order, the cart was empty and they are no longer on the Amazon site. Just thought you should know.

Hard pass. And why are you so on top of this when it took months for you all to even mention or acknowledge the new Kirkland this year? And there are exactly zero people who are better off playing some Amazon budget ball over the Kirkland given the price of each.

I live in Maine and I played a one man scramble for 9 holes. I am 75 years young. Took the best shot and then played each ball from that spot. November 3rd temp was 53 degrees with 5-10 mph wind. I played a fitted TaylorMade Tour Response Stripe against the new Amazon CoreSoft white that just came out. It’s not a bad ball for the $1 price tag. Good distance off the driver. I have a very slow swing speed (75-80 mph). The six drives were A164-TM154, A178-TM188, A178-TM169, A163-TM157, A168-TM165, A145-TM186 yds. There was not as much spin off chip shots with the Amazon so they ran a couple of feet longer. Irons were about the same but I like the feel of the TaylorMade better. The Amazon ball felt very firm but liked that when putting. I will definitely order more as I can use them.
