Quick Answer: The Club Glove Tour Traveler QuadCaddie ($650 SB, $700 XL) adds a pop-out kickstand with a second set of wheels that carries all of the bag’s weight. It’s the same four-wheel idea that has won our travel bag testing year after year, now available to Club Glove after the patent expired.
If you’ve followed our travel bag testing, you know how this story usually ends. Year-in and year-out, the bags that win have pop-out wheels. Drop the legs, set the bag on four wheels and you stop dragging 40-plus pounds of clubs through the terminal like a stubborn mule.
For a long time, that design was off-limits to everyone else. The patent has expired and Club Glove isn’t wasting any time.
Meet the Tour Traveler QuadCaddie.
What’s new

The QuadCaddie adds an integrated, extendable kickstand that deploys in seconds and puts the bag on a second pair of wheels. Club Glove says those wheels support 100 percent of the bag’s weight. That’s the key. Your wrist isn’t doing the work. The bag rolls upright and stable through airports, hotel lobbies and parking lots.
Everything else is classic Tour Traveler and that’s a good thing. You still get ballistic nylon, a 1.5-inch-foam-padded, velour-lined clubhead area, a built-in TSA-approved lock and full-grain leather handles. A Stiff Arm is included and interior pockets hold shoes, smart trackers and the rest of your travel gear.
The QuadCaddie system also works with Club Glove’s Train Reaction system and with prior-generation Club Glove travel bags. If you already own a Tour Traveler, you’re not stuck on the outside looking in.
Why it matters

Club Glove has always owned protection. It’s the No. 1 travel bag on the PGA Tour for a reason. Where it lost points in our testing was ease of travel. Two wheels and a long bag mean you’re tilting, pulling and hoping it doesn’t tip over at the rental car counter.
The QuadCaddie closes that gap. The best mobility tech in the category now is attached to one of the most protective bags you can buy. On paper, that’s the combination we’ve been waiting for.
