Sun Day Red, Tiger Woods Unveil New, Beastly Golf Shoe

Over the past three years, I’ve tested and worn a lot of spikeless golf shoes.

There are few, if any, that I’ve seen with a more aggressive traction pattern than what Sun Day Red just created.

Today, Sun Day Red and Tiger Woods announce the latest addition to Woods’ footwear repertoire: the Sun Day Red Presidio.

It’s an athletic-style spikeless golf shoe with a traction pattern unlike anything I’ve seen. And while I haven’t gotten them on foot (yet), I feel pretty confident they are going to perform.

Couple that ultra-aggressive traction with a host of other performance necessities like an EVA midsole, TPU heel cup and brace for stability, and you’ve got yourself a shoe fit for a … Tiger?

Golfer. Let’s go with golfer.

Enough of the jokes. The Sun Day Red Presidio is no joke. And it’s available starting in February. Those seeking more info (or to shop the other models of Sun Day Red golf shoes) can do so over at sundayred.com

With Tiger’s name on them I’m sure the price won’t be cheap

Not much info yet, shoe looks great. I’m sure it will be expensive. But BIG question, will it be available in any wide widths? Otherwise, doesn’t matter how great the shoe is.

No way you can call yourself a premium product with no wide sizes and a tiny footbox. Way better options in 2026.
