New Balance is a comfortable shoe for golfers with wide widths. Ecco is my preferred when the weather is bad.

I wore New Balance sneakers for that reason for many years. Over the last five years or so, I have moved to Skechers for both sneakers and golf shoes. They also have wife widths (although they seem to be making fewer shoes with wide widths) and they have more cushioning on the bottom making them more comfortable, at least for me. Skechers don’t last as long as New Balance shoes do, but they are cheaper so that it works out about the same from a value perspective IMHO.
