Nice product, horrible dealer service. Absolutely non responsive and uninterested in support for customers.

I see a lot of BATCADDY remote control electric carts on my local course; did MGS look at this brand, and if so, where did it fall short ?

Two friends have the newer Motocaddys and overall like them, their biggest issues with them are how easy they are to tip over. The wheel base for the Motocaddy are not wide and make them very easy to tip over from side to side. Also the anti tip bars in the back are also lacking. These features alone would prevent me from purchasing this unit. Other friends purchased the Alphard V2 for half the price and like them much more than my Motocaddy friends like theirs. Did MGS do any actual field testing with these units on a course?
