The zippers on the Vice bag are not built to handle the wear and tear of airport travel. One of the zippers broke after 3 uses, so I had to leave the zipper where it was and use the other zipper only. About 6 uses later, the other zipper broke too and my bag came off the airplane completely open. On top of that the Vice customer service on this was terrible.

This just happened to me too. The zipper just flat out broke and their cust service was not helpful at all with this. I wish they used a higher quality zipper for this bag because it is a really nice bag.
