Bridgestone, Period Correct Announce Spiffy New Clothing Capsule

Both Bridgestone and Period Correct are obsessed with one thing: driving. It’s only natural, thanks to Bridgestone’s stake in both driving cars and golf balls, that they’d team up with the growing streetwear brand inspired by the car culture.

If there ever was a more natural partnership, I’d be shocked. Bridgestone x Period Correct DRIVE capsule plays on old Bridgestone ad campaigns and modern golf fashion to create something as exhilarating as a 300-yard drive or as relaxing as a coastal drive with the top down.

“Golf is evolving and bringing in new audiences and that’s making the game more popular than ever,” said Dan Murphy, President of Bridgestone Golf. “We want to find impactful and authentic ways to introduce Bridgestone to that new generation of players. This collaboration uniquely leverages our car and golf cultures to meet new audiences through a shared passion.”

The DRIVE capsule is full of cool items like bucket hats, quarter-zips and, of course, the flagship Tour B X golf ball. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. If I were you, I’d smash the accelerator and get the gear before it’s too late.

You can shop the entire collection now at Bridgestone.

LOL they want to reach the new golf generation. They must think all new golfers are very wealth and drive Porsche and Jags.

Maybe toyota and honda drivers would where those clothes. They have that young fast n furious generation.

I’m a simple man. I see the photo with the Bentley. I ignore the brand (and the article, sorry MGS).
