Who Is It Not For?
❌ Anyone looking for a Velcro pad for your glove: The Srixon Ultralight lost a few points for leaving the Velcro glove pad off this bag.
❌ Golfers on a budget: For a lightweight carry bag, the Ultralight is not one of the more affordable options.
Why Buy
Srixon probably isn’t the first company you think about for lightweight stand bags but testers liked what this one offers. It weighs just under four pounds, has six dividers and is one of the best golf bags for walkability.
One of the only things we felt was missing was the Velcro glove pad.

I thought this was about LIGHTWEIGHT stand bags? Nothing much over 3-1/2 lbs is lightweight. Have you actually ever carried any of these 18 holes on a hilly course–if you did, you would understand the meaning of LIGHTWEIGHT. While I love my Hoofer Lite for very brief walks–by that I mean from the bag drop to the cart shed, and although it is probably the benchmark for overall user friendliness, design and storage, I would never dream of going 18 holes actually hoofing it. If I walk, it’s a Sun Mtn 2.5+ for me. Weight matters when you’re walking dudes!!!
