Longer…Softer…Less Spin
According to one of our sources…the new Callaway Big Bertha Diablo golf ball will be the “Secret Bullet”. It will supposedly offer the best combination of distance/touch/reduced spin. Our source said it produced super long drives…penetrating ball flights…and soft landings on the green. And oh yeah he said it felt great with the putter too.
Its looks to have a new dimple pattern and quite a few tricky patents as well. I have not had a chance to test it myself yet…so as soon as I do though I will update this post to let you know more. Sounds like this will be their top of the line ball and it will run around $35 Dozen and will be released January 15th 2009.
