That’s more or less the idea behind golf’s newest accessory tandem.

Golf grips that perfectly match your golf glove? Color me intrigued.

Swiping Right on Golf Pride x ASHER Golf

I can’t say I’ve ever put much thought into matching my golf glove to my grips. But the idea makes sense. The changes are purely cosmetic, of course, but having a set of grips that is perfectly color-matched to your glove sounds like fashion genius to me.

Besides looking darned cool, I’m willing to bet the gloves will stay looking “new” longer. No more color bleed from your black grips to your white gloves. I consider that a big win. Perhaps that’s an unintended consequence but it’s a good one nonetheless.

As far as the grips themselves go, it gives Golf Pride fans an opportunity to snag the Tour Velvet 360 in colors that aren’t offered in a standard retail setting. The Tour Velvet 360 is typically offered only in black or black/white. This new collaboration adds four exciting colors. Another big win in my book.

Can we talk about how sexy the cognac-on-cognac grip and glove combo looks? Absolutely stunning. I believe the word “slay” is appropriate.

Last but certainly not least, ASHER’s premium golf gloves are buttery soft and held their own in our glove test this year. You can’t go wrong with 100-percent cabretta leather.

You can give the collection a try starting Sept. 7.

Chill, buddy. Just because something isnt your traditional cup of tea, doesnt mean you need to be a vocal sourpuss.

Don’t understand why folks think iron head covers are tacky. I’ve looked at purchasing new irons, EACH one is about $200. So seriously, I’m going to ride around with them banging against each other? That would drive me crazy.
