Introducing the XXIO (pronounced zek-si-oh) Rebound Drive II golf balls. Designed for golfers on the slower end of the swing speed spectrum, this $50 a dozen ball is not for everyone.

Rebound Frame in a Golf Ball?

This isn’t the first time you’re hearing about Rebound Frame. Generally reserved for XXIO/Srixon/Cleveland clubs, it can seem a little confusing to see the same nomenclature make its way to XXIO’s golf ball.

The Rebound Frame technology in XXIO’s golf ball is similar to what you’ll find on the face of their driver: different flex zones with variable amounts of flex. Translation? It’s what should equate to higher ball speeds and a softer feel at impact. The cover and core are soft (to provide soft feel and compression) while the mid-layer is more rigid and resilient.

Color Your World

Perhaps the most eye-catching feature of the XXIO Rebound Drive II golf balls is the finish. We’ve become quite accustomed to XXIO’s premium fit and finish and their golf balls are no different.

You won’t find a standard white golf ball in this lineup. Instead, XXIO’s “Premium White” offering has more of a pearlescent finish, something that really stands out among a sea of plain jane golf balls. If white isn’t your speed, the Lime Green and Premium Pink are fun (and give those of you with older eyes something to look at).
