Just the other day, I wrote about the best Father’s Day golf gifts that won’t break the bank. Those gifts have their place. Golf is expensive enough already, and there’s something deeply satisfying about finding a genuinely useful gift without spending an absurd amount of money.
Today, however, we’re looking at the opposite end of the spectrum.
Some people have money to blow and, frankly, they like to. If that’s you, or if you simply want to get Dad something truly special this Father’s Day, this list is for you. These are the premium golf gifts that cost a little or a lot more but are proper gifts in their own right: the kind of things Dad might not buy for himself but would absolutely love to receive.
U.S. Open Tickets

It seems only fitting that the Sunday championship round of the U.S. Open falls on Father’s Day. If you really want to give Dad something unforgettable, tickets to Shinnecock are about as special as it gets.
A destination trip to the Hamptons, a chance to walk one of America’s great championship venues and an opportunity to watch the best players in the world compete for a major championship in person. For a golf-loving dad, that’s difficult to beat.
Yes, this is firmly on the premium end of the gift spectrum. Between tickets, travel and everything else that comes with a trip to the Hamptons, this is not exactly a budget-friendly Father’s Day idea. But if the goal is to create a memory, few gifts can compete with spending Father’s Day at the U.S. Open.
Golf gear is great. Apparel is great. A new driver is great. But taking Dad to Shinnecock to any round of the U.S. Open? That’s the kind of gift he’ll talk about for the rest of his life.
Kolf Maison Paganica Stand Bag

I’ve already called the Kolf Maison Paganica Stand Bag “a piece of art that belongs on the golf course,” and I stand by that completely. This is the kind of Father’s Day gift that feels special the second Dad takes it out of the box.
The Paganica is expensive, yes, but that’s the point of this list. If you’re looking to truly spoil Dad, few golf gifts make a stronger visual statement. Kolf Maison has a very specific design language: refined, artistic, slightly old-world and far more interesting than the majority of premium golf bags on the market.
The other thing to understand with Kolf Maison is that it’s really a system. The bag is the centerpiece, but the full look comes together when you add the matching headcovers. If you want to go all in, get the Paganica Stand Bag and complete the setup with the headcover set. It’s over the top, but in the best possible way.
Some golf gifts are practical. This one is absolutely memorable. If the Paganica Stand Bag tickles your fancy, MyGolfSpy readers get 10% off with code MGS10.
TaylorMade Qi4D Driver

If you’re going to buy Dad a premium driver for Father’s Day, you might as well buy him the best one we tested.
The TaylorMade Qi4D was named our best driver of 2026, and for good reason. In our testing, it delivered the kind of all-around performance that separates a good driver from a great one. Distance matters, obviously, but the Qi4D’s real strength is that it combines speed with consistency, accuracy and forgiveness.
That’s what makes it such a strong premium gift. A new driver is never exactly cheap, but this is not just buying Dad the newest shiny thing from TaylorMade. It’s buying him the driver that rose to the top in our 2026 Most Wanted testing.
If Dad has been gaming the same driver for a few years and you really want to spoil him, the Qi4D is about as good as it gets. It’s expensive, but it earned its place here.
Titleist T150 Irons

If Dad is a serious golfer and you really want to make a statement, the Titleist T150 irons are about as strong as it gets.
The T150 was named our Best Players Iron of 2026. Players irons need to do a very difficult thing: look clean and compact enough for better golfers while still offering enough performance to justify putting them in the bag. The T150 does exactly that.
In our testing, the T150 stood out because it delivers exceptional distance while still maintaining the kind of consistency and profile better players tend to prefer. It’s not some oversized distance iron pretending to be a players club. It’s a serious iron for serious golfers.
No, this is not a cheap Father’s Day gift. It’s a full set of Titleist irons. But if Dad has the game for them and you want to spoil him with something truly premium, the T150 irons are one of the best iron sets you can buy.
PAYNTR Reserve Classic Tour SL Golf Shoes

The PAYNTR Reserve Classic Tour SL was our Editor’s Choice for Best Spikeless Golf Shoe of 2026, and it’s easy to see why. It has the look of a classic, leather-forward golf shoe but with the comfort and performance platform PAYNTR has become known for. That combination is what makes it so appealing: heritage styling up top, serious golf-shoe tech underneath.
This is the kind of shoe that works for golfers who want something refined without sacrificing traction, stability or all-day comfort. It doesn’t look like a running shoe pretending to belong on a golf course. It looks like a golf shoe, and that matters.
If you want to give Dad a premium spikeless shoe that looks great, performs well and feels genuinely special, the PAYNTR Reserve Classic Tour SL belongs on the list.
Bushnell Tour V7 Shift Rangefinder

A premium rangefinder is one of those gifts golfers love but don’t always want to buy for themselves. That’s exactly why the Bushnell Tour V7 Shift makes so much sense here.
The Tour V7 Shift was our runner-up for Best Rangefinder of 2026, and it delivers the kind of performance and feature set you’d expect from Bushnell. It’s accurate, fast and loaded with enough technology to satisfy golfers who like to really dial in their numbers.
The biggest feature is Bushnell’s Slope technology, which gives adjusted yardages based on elevation changes. That can be a huge help for golfers who want a clearer picture of what a shot is actually playing. Add in Bushnell’s proven optics, strong build quality and premium feel, and you’ve got a rangefinder that is likely a real upgrade compared to what Dad already has.
L.A.B. Golf VZN.1i Custom Putter

A custom putter is an objectively ridiculous Father’s Day gift but it’s also incredible.
A L.A.B. Golf VZN.1i Custom Putter is a truly special gift because it is built exactly for the golfer receiving it. This is not grabbing a putter off the rack and hoping Dad likes it. With L.A.B., the whole point is fit: length, lie angle, head color, shaft, grip and build details all come together to create something that feels personal.
The VZN.1i is also one of L.A.B.’s most interesting releases to date. Staff writer Dave Wolfe called it the best L.A.B. putter to date. That’s saying a lot. At $599. this is expensive. There’s no way around that. But that’s also what makes it such a memorable gift. A custom putter is the kind of thing most golfers would love to own but may never actually order for themselves. If Dad is serious about putting and you really want to give him something personal, premium and legitimately performance-driven, the VZN.1i Custom Putter is about as special as it gets.
B. Draddy Andy Quilted Hoodie

I’m constantly preaching about not spending a fortune on golf apparel because, frankly, I don’t always think it’s worth it. However, B. Draddy is one of the exceptions, and the Andy Quilted Hoodie is a perfect example.
At $278, this is undeniably expensive. It is also worth every penny. From the fit to the feel, the Andy Hoodie is absolutely exquisite. It’s comfortable, refined and versatile enough to wear on the course, off the course or anywhere in between. This is the kind of piece Dad will truly bring with him just about everywhere.
As summer New Englanders, this is exactly the sort of thing my dad and I love. It’s perfect for cool coastal nights, especially when the temperature drops after a day on the course or near the water. Imagine you and Dad on Nantucket, both wearing this with a pair of Nantucket Reds. It doesn’t get much better than that.
Jones Heritage Trouper Golf Bag

I’ve already written that Jones may have dropped the best-looking golf bag ever with the Heritage Trouper, and I stand by it. This is my favorite golf bag and it’s not close.
The Heritage Trouper has everything I want in a premium golf bag: classic looks, modern functionality and enough style to make the rest of your setup look better by association. The Ecru colorway, in particular, is fantastic.
I firmly believe that Jones bags are worth every penny, so this was going to make the list regardless. A great golf bag gets used constantly. It goes to the course, the range, the trunk, the garage and everywhere in between. If Dad is still using some tired old bag that’s seen better days, the Heritage Trouper is the bag to buy.
Heathlander Golf Shoes

The Heathlander Golf Shoe is my favorite golf shoe of all time, and that’s exactly why they belong on this list. A premium golf shoe should not just look good. It should make the walk easier, the round more comfortable and the entire experience feel a little better. Heathlander does that for me.
What I love most is that these don’t feel like every other modern golf shoe. They have a distinct look, a comfortable fit and the kind of all-day wearability that makes them useful well beyond the course. You can play 18 in them, walk comfortably and have little to no foot fatigue post-round.
If Dad walks when he plays, this is an especially strong gift. Golf shoes are one of those things that can make or break a round, and a truly comfortable pair is worth spending on. For my money, Heathlander makes one of the best spikeless golf shoes on the market.
Garmin Approach R50 Launch Monitor

This is where we enter premium-premium territory.
The Garmin Approach R50 is not a casual Father’s Day gift. It is a full-on golf investment. But if Dad is serious about practice, data and turning the garage, basement or spare room into a legitimate golf space, this is the kind of gift that changes everything.
A launch monitor is one of those products that can make golf more fun and more useful at the same time. Instead of guessing what happened, Dad can actually see the numbers: ball speed, launch, spin, carry distance and the kind of data that makes practice feel much more intentional. For the golfer who loves to tinker, test equipment or grind on the swing, that matters.
This is firmly on the expensive-expensive end of the spectrum, but that’s exactly why it belongs in this premium Father’s Day gift guide. Some gifts are nice. Some gifts are useful. This is the kind of gift that can completely change how Dad practices and enjoys golf at home.
If you really want to go big this Father’s Day, this is about as big as it gets.
Closing Thoughts
Like the Father’s Day golf gifts I wrote about that won’t break the bank, this list is for a very specific type of person. These gifts are not for everyone. They are expensive, premium and, in some cases, admittedly over the top. Not everyone needs a custom putter, a luxury golf bag, a premium hoodie or tickets to the U.S. Open. I completely understand that.
However, therein lies the rub.
Sometimes you’re not looking for the most practical gift. Sometimes you’re looking for the gift that is truly special. That’s what these gifts are. Are they necessary? Absolutely not. Are they awesome? Absolutely. And while they may not fit every budget (or anywhrre close to it), I have a hard time imagining any golf-loving dad being disappointed to receive one of them.

Why on earth would you “buy dad” a specific golf club? Makes no sense to suggest that; it may be totally the wrong model for him. Get Dad a gift card somewhere. And let Dad watch the Saturday & Sunday US Open rounds without bothering him! Given that at this point in life, anything I would potentially “want” for Fathers Day is either illegal or immoral, so the uninterrupted US Open viewing works for me.
I rarely play on Father’s day; it’s usually packed guys whose wives have “let them out” for the day.
