adidas Gazelle Makes Its Debut On The Golf Course

adidas is having its moment. First it was the Samba, then the Superstar. Now, it’s Gazelle’s turn to hit the golf course.

The adidas Gazelle Golf shoe makes a long-awaited debut as a part of the new Original Golf collection. The popular training shoe-turned-streetwear staple has been retooled to make it course ready.

Luckily for fans of the OG Gazelle, the retooling is only in regards to performance. The sleek, streamlined aesthetics that make the Gazelle popular remain largely untouched.

No need to reinvent the wheel here. The Gazelle remains one of the stalwarts in adidas’s growing catalog of sneakers so it would be considered a big mistake to switch up now for the sake of golf.

Instead, the DNA of the Gazelle has been preserved. The only differences you’ll really notice come by way of traction (a slightly beefed up sole) and the waterproofness of the suede upper.

The Gazelle Golf also features an EVA insert to provide step-in comfort, something the OG Gazelle lacks.

Timeless design, with modern tech. The Gazelle Golf is sure to impress. You can pick up a pair starting now at adidas.

Be prepared internet buyers–these shoes run excruciatingly narrow. Better try ’em on in a store first !
