I’m A Frugal Golfer. Here are 5 Amazon Products I Can’t Live Without

Trust me on this one.

As a golfer that doesn’t like to spend a whole lot of money, (on golf gear … I save the cash for my shoe addiction), getting the most bang for my buck is a priority.

After spending years finding the best budget and value products, I thought I’d share a few of my favorites that you can pick up on Amazon. These budget-friendly accessories are a great upgrade to your golf game without breaking the bank.

I’m a frugal golfer. Here are five things I would buy on Amazon right now to upgrade my golf gear.

1. Grooveit Mini G Club Brush

I can’t overstate how important it is to keep your clubs clean. The Mini G from Grooveit is the perfect accessory to clip to your bag or your shorts. Clean clubfaces equal consistency (assuming you can actually hit the center of the face).

2. TaylorMade Tour Response Golf Balls

Think you’re not good enough to play a decent golf ball? Think again. The TaylorMade Tour Response might be my favorite golf deal on Amazon. Ever. Picking these babies up for $35 a dozen over and over again feels like stealing.

Legally, I’m obligated to tell you that it isn’t, in fact, stealing and that it is, in fact, totally legal to buy dozens upon dozens of these balls.

3. Pride Professional Tees

Learning to tee the ball up at a consistent height is another easy way to take your long game to the next level. These cheap wooden tees from Pride Professional do the trick with their unique striping.

4. Kirkland Golf Gloves

Yes, you can walk into Costco and buy these for less. Also, yes, you have to be a Costco member. If you don’t want to pay the $60 membership fee (and grab a chicken bake while you’re at it), you can buy the best value golf glove on Amazon for one heckuva price.

5. goodR Sunnies

You can’t go wrong with a $25 pair of sunglasses. Actually, you can. Those ones you pick up at the gas station don’t cut it. Goodr sunglasses are nearly unbreakable and have non-slip coatings to ensure they stay on your face while you’re grinding over that bunker shot.

I like the Jiskan club brush (on Amazon) better than the GrooveIt one. Better brush angle, more water (I think), retracting lanyard rather than magnet, and a little cheaper!

Don’t get me wrong, I love the way my goodr sunglasses fit and look, but they’re FAR from “nearly unbreakable”. In fact, I’ve had 3 pairs break in exactly the same spot (temple, just behind the hinge). Wish I could give them glowing reviews, because their customer service has been great, but they break too easily for me.

The Club Scrub Pro (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CB1YFQ7C?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1) is hands down the best, most convenient and brilliant club/ball cleaner I’ve ever used on the course.

For $60/year, Costco pays for itself, even if you only buy a couple things a month (including lunch!)
