👎 Don’t Buy This If

✖︎ You want forgiveness potential in a player’s iron: Although PING i230 is one of the most accurate player’s irons, there is a tradeoff. It ranks towards the bottom in forgiveness based on our data. To us, forgiveness is a demonstration of how consistent a golf club produces similar shot outcomes, especially when it comes to ball speed, carry, and dispersion.

Enjoyed the article. I was surprised with the lack of forgiveness comments. That was a huge selling point when I got fitted for my i200s several years ago. How much do you think the stock shaft influenced the forgiveness? I customed my stock shafts out to KBS C-Taper Lites.
